Phil I've just added (or tried to add at least) a reply to your question on the "Church in all its fullness" thread.  It seemed to fit better there, since it has to do with "ring" structures.  I've had a look at the Ephesians passage, and managed to convince myself, at least, that it also has the nested structure, similar to the 1 Corinthians 11 passage...
